Mr. Girish Kashwani began his professional journey as an IT consultant in 1998 after graduating as an electronics engineer from Bengaluru. For over 20 years, now as a business consultant and growth advisor, Girish has been instrumental in writing success stories of hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals, helping them grow their businesses, attain leadership positions, and establish themselves as a brand.
Girish believes the 21st century will be the century of GIG professionals with entrepreneurial mindsets. He further adds that the current education system is unfit to develop youths as global professionals and human beings, and developing countries like India urgently need an alternative, specific, quick, and affordable education. Girish believes the only education needed to develop youths as extraordinary millennials is the education of developing entrepreneurial mindsets, a mind made of heart.

Mr. Girish Kashwani has authored India’s most intriguing book of the year 2024, “Sex For Success.” Through this book, Girish intends to reach millions of youths and professionals worldwide and develop them as global professionals and human beings at a fraction of the time and cost compared to a regular degree program, irrespective of their academic performance and current stage of career, be it job or early stage of building their startup.
Mr. Nair is an experienced professional with over 23 years in corporate roles across Express Logistics, Corporate Training, and Air Cargo operations, he has advanced from Sales Officer to leading P&L at major companies like FedEx, General Motors, and Etihad Airlines in the Middle East. He had brief stints in India with Jet Air Group and M&M Logistics.
A certified corporate trainer in Consultative Sales, Performance Management, and Communication Skills, he also headed the Air Hostess Academy for South and West India, training over 500 students for careers in the Airline and Hotel sectors.
After his corporate career, he founded RGN Foods Pvt Ltd, an emerging player in exporting processed foods. His company directly supports farmers and enhances their incomes. It has established a state-of-the-art R&D facility with food specialists to develop products for both domestic and international markets.
He is passionate about leveraging his training experience to empower today’s youth, enhancing their employability in emerging job sectors. This initiative not only supports India’s vision of cultivating a skill-driven workforce and achieving a $5 trillion economy but also fosters collaboration with PKC to develop the future workforce—creating complete men and women who are rich both inside and out.
